1.   The entry form – to be filled out in full, including the word count of the essay. It should be signed and dated by the pupil and by the submitting teacher.

2.   The questionnaire – to be filled out by the pupil.

3.   THREE single-sided copies of the essay in the format described in the Rules for writing the essay section (i.e. word processed and doubled spaced, etc), without the name of the pupil and school.

4.   A CD containing an electronic version of the essay.

NOTE: Only a teacher can submit the entry for the competition.
