The winning pupil will receive £1000.

There will be two runner-up prizes of £500 each

The winner's school will receive a bursary of £3000. This must be used for educational equipment only (e.g. computer or science equipment, books).

The prize winner will also get a tour of the brain imaging laboratory where Professor Eleanor Maguire is based (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/) when s/he comes to collect the prize.
