This archive contains contrast images for the main effect of faces versus baseline from the event related fMRI experiment described here .
There are contrasts from 12 subjects, but unlike the other
muliple subject archive,
this data set consists of 3 contrast images per subject. These contrasts
constitute the fitting of an informed basis set to assess the effect in
each subject. See hbm-fir.pdf
for more details.
This data can be analysed by making use of the nonsphericity options in SPM2.
The data are in the directory con-images where rcon*img number is:
3-14 = canonical HRF, sub 1-12
15-26 = Temp derivative, sub 1-12
27-38 = Disp derivative, sub 1-12
