Samuel Ereira wins 2019 Cordwainer's Best Thesis Prize

Congratulations to Samuel Ereira for winning the 2019 Cordwainers’ Prize for the Best Thesis in the MBPhD Programme.

Each year this £1000 prize is awarded, by The Worshipful Company of Cordwainers, to a UCL MBPhD student for the best PhD thesis.

This year the prize was shared between Samuel Ereira and Richard Bartlett, who did his PhD in spinal cord regeneration research at the UCL Centre for Nerve Engineering.

Their names will be engraved on the honours board in the medical school Cruciform Building on Gower Street, and the prize awarded to us at the annual Marsden Lecture in November.
