Open Paradigms

A central component of the neuroimaging work at the WCHN involves the design and analysis of probes of cognitive function. Typically, these are computer-based tasks that are optimised for data collection within the scanning environment. Considerable time goes into the development of computer code to deliver stimuli and tasks and analyse the resulting behavioural data, and sharing of this codebase provides great opportunities for accelerating discovery and enhancing reproducibility.

We are currently building a Git-based platform to share paradigms developed within the Centre. It will be available here once it is live.
